The Oregon International Air Show is a non-profit sponsored event that donates back revenue to charities and other non-profit organizations within the community. This is possible due to the 1500+ volunteers who donate their time and skills to make the Air Show happen. We welcome both individual and group applications. Clubs, companies, or even families have signed up as a group and made it a special day to support their community - as well as enjoy the camaraderie and air show. If you want to volunteer as a group, please have the group leader contact our volunteer coordinator via email directly for specific group instructions. A limited number of non-profit groups may be eligible for a cash donation for manning a concession booth (see here for requirements and application for non-profit organizations). All individuals and individuals involved with a group may use the online sign up and you will be notified as soon as you are assigned to a volunteer position. Thank you.
Already signed up but need to cancel? Email the volunteer coordinator here.
